When I decided to get into hotshot I had talked with a few companies about leasing on. When I first talked with 107, I spoke with Billy and he was right on it. That's when I decided to lease on with them. Once I showed up for orientation, I met Billy face to face and he is a super guy. Then I met met Josh (safety and compliance). These guys both made me feel part of the team right off the bat. There are a few others I deal with on a regular basis, but haven't actually met face to face yet, but it's like we've been working together for years. I've been driving with and partnered with them since June of 21. I have NEVER had a problem from the jump with communication or anyone calling me back or answering any of my questions to get started. Any and everyone I've dealt with there have been extremely helpful and professional and nice. I am still driving and partnered with them and am extremely happy. You definitely get your money's worth for 30%. All that's left for me is the dummy work of showing up at pickup and securing load and delivering it and unsecuring it. My dispatcher works countless hours at keeping me rolling and loaded. The safety department and manager work super hard and diligently day in and day out at checking and making sure, everything you do is compliant with DOT. I've gotten my settlement every single Friday without fail and it is always 1000% correct. 0 complaints from this guy.

And quite frankly I can't imagine how anybody else would have any complaints other than their own shortcomings and wrongdoings.

I’ve been a part of the Hotshot 107 team since 2018, After researching company’s in various states I came across 107. This is the leading dispatch company in the business. Their going to make you the money that it takes to grow your company as large as you want to make it. They have dispatching to equipment and one of the things I like is you feel part of a team and their family. I’ve personally been through a lot in the trucking business like most have and hotshot 107 has helped me through it all. These guys are going to make you cash and that’s what it’s all about.

This company is the #1 hotshot trucking company that I would work for. My dispatcher was super good. Although I did trucking for around half a year, I would go back with them if I got back into hotshot trucking. The reason I quit has nothing to do with the company, I didn’t like the lifestyle. I will keep referring new people because I know that they are honest and have a heart for you. They were so nice to me. They make you feel like family.

107 has done a fine job of keeping our trucks busy over the last 9 months since beginning our partnership. Very well connected & very responsive when problems arise. Safety team has helped us receive 58/60 perfect inspections!

Well what can be said. I was tired of the disrespectful behavior of management @ my old job 7 years of dedication. Then this covid hit, which made things even worse. It was too much! So I started looking for a new career. Between my son and finding (HOTSHOT MACC) hope ya don't mind brother ya been a positive influence for this industry. I found this company HOTSHOT107! Started a contact just to question some of the ins&outs of all of what that they offer. They where very easy to talk to. They where very informative for all aspects of this industry. After 7 months of looking it felt like I found a new “home” these guys are good people. We got everything inline and I came up from mississippi a year ago. Been running ever since. Onboarding is simple and everything was ready to go in a couple hours. Everyone here are good to have on yourside when running these roads never any attitude when ya have ?s or concerns. Always a friendly response. Willing to take the time to make sure ya understand what your questioning. So long story short if ya been looking where to start your career/adventure give these guys a call. It will be worth your time.

We have partnered with 107 since November of 2021. Several of our drivers utilize their in-house trailer program. All 10 of our hotshot trucks are dispatched by them and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend their services to anyone interested in joining the industry!

I booked my first load with Hotshot107 today. Clay picked up on the first ring and took care of me. First of all the rate was the best I’ll ran in a long time. The setup was fast and easy, received my rate confirmation and the shipper was ready for me as soon as I arrived. I needed to confirm my location the morning of my drop because the address was a job site. As soon as I texted Clay he reached out to the receiver and make sure everything was good. He even got me paid the same day! Definitely will be checking back for more loads with this company. Five Stars All The Way!!!

When I came to Hotshot107 a year ago I was clueless on how the operation ran. Ben Waldridge helped me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to come on board. He told me I'd look back and think to myself why didn't I do this a long time ago. He was right. The rest of the team are all very helpful. Lord knows I wore their patience thin. I have an awesome working relationship with my dispatcher Easton. They all encourage you to be successful and that's what I like most. When I started doing hotshot I did a lot of research and I found Hotshot107. When thru orientation now I’m lease on thru them. I’m still pretty new to this with only a little over 2 months but let me tell you that they are a great company to work with and to start your career as a hotshot. I have a great dispatcher that is very helpful and works hard to make sure I have great loads. I would recommend them in a heart beat. We called Hotshot107 to request more information after hearing about the hotshot trucking industry in December of 2020. They helped us complete all the proper filings to obtain our Authority and set us up with their trailer program and dispatch service, as well as RTS Financial's factoring and fuel card program. Our 15 truck fleet still uses all the same programs still today!

I worked through them never had a bad experience not even when I damaged a vehicle when loading it. My last was always on point and never shorted. When my truck went down for 3 months they were very supportive. Would go back in a Heartbeat!!!
